Sending a fax online can be done several ways. A simple and quick way to send a fax online is to use a Yahoo mail account. Yahoo mail is a free email service offering free registration process that only takes a few minutes. After a Yahoo mail account has been set up, the email address can be used to send a fax if you have the proper information and know the proper steps. The entire process of sending an online fax using Yahoo takes a matter of minutes.
Step 1- Register for a Yahoo mail account. Registration is a step-by-step process that takes only a few minutes. When you have received your Yahoo mail account login into the mail client at httpmail.yahoo.com and click on "Compose."
Step 2- Obtain the address for the fax service that will be used. Efax is an example of a fax service that can be used. When you have the fax service address and the fax number for the recipient type them into the "To" field located on the email composition page. The address should look something similar to 15551234567efax.com. Remember that this is just an example and not the actual address that you will need to use.
Step 3- Compose the fax. Make sure to include a subject line for the fax. It is a good idea to enter in a contact number on the subject line if there is room.
Step 4- Correct any errors before sending your fax online using Yahoo. When you are certain that any spelling errors have been corrected and that your fax is ready hit the "Submit" button to complete and send the fax. Yahoo mail to send a fax online is not full proof.
